additional fold-out single but is very small.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed.
Bedroom 2: Stacker bed - single or double/twin.
Bedroom 3: Attic room with pull-out bed - single or double/twin. 
Bedroom 4: Attic room with single bed (with armchair that folds out to single bed - small so only suitable for a child).
